Consistent mindfulness meditation as a team offers a greater sense of wellbeing. It can improve our ability to remain task-focused and become better equipped to cope with daily stressors. We can also improve cognitive functioning and it creates awareness of mental roadblocks and build a more cohesive team environment. "Team mindfulness can act as a safeguard against this and ensures that the task, rather than the person, remains the focus of reactions. It can also limit the intensity of one's opposition and negative emotions, thereby limiting escalation." (Science Daily, 2018)
What’s Included for Your Team:
Four Sessions which include different styles 45 mins of meditation and 15 for reflection, journalling and questions
Access to me via email M-F 9am-5pm with a 24hr response time for questions about integration for all team members
Access to my guided meditation library for all team members
All sessions are virtual unless you are in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and would like an in-person experience (an additional travel fee will be added**)
